Tri Marine Achieves Top 100 Ranking

SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES

SINGAPORE– Tri Marine International has been recognized as one of the top 100 international companies in Singapore. Tri Marine was ranked 28th for the 12 month period ending May 31, 2004.

The results of the ranking were announced at the International Enterprise Forum Gala Dinner on 2 February 2005 officiated by Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong.
The ranking is organized by IE Singapore with DP Information as the Ranking Organization and in collaboration with the Singapore Business Federation and The Business Times. It recognizes Singapore's Top 100 companies ranked by the highest overseas revenue.

The Singapore International 100 Ranking was developed in line with IE Singapore's mission to help Singapore-based companies to internationalize. IE Singapore embarked on this ranking with DP Information to recognize top Singapore companies which have achieved international success.

Tri Marine is a tuna supply company with focus on supply of tuna and tuna products to the leading brands of tuna. It has offices in 14 countries and processing activities in plants located strategically around the world. Its tuna purse seiners operate in the Western Pacific and the Eastern Tropical Pacific. Tri Marine was formed in Singapore in 1972. Since then the company has grown to be one of the largest tuna supply companies in the world. Tri Marine is privately owned.
